BrikSync PropOS manages sensitive information — leases, tenant records, payments. This page sets out exactly how we protect it. We only state what is true today and label everything else honestly.

Row-level security on every table, role-based access for six roles, encryption in transit and at rest, and an immutable audit log.

GDPR
Data export (Article 20) is self-service in-product today. Erasure (Article 17) is submitted in-product and completed by our team within 30 days — it is not automatic.
SOC 2 Type II
Security controls are implemented; we are working toward an independent audit. Not yet certified.
ISO 27001
Planned once SOC 2 evidence is established. Not yet certified.
