BrikSync PropOS is built by a small founding team — BrikSync is in private beta and not yet incorporated as a legal entity, and we're working through that process. We are building the operating system for property teams worldwide: secure, role-aware, and honest about what it does and doesn't do yet.
What we're building
The operating system for modern property teams.
Property management is still run on spreadsheets, scattered inboxes, and disconnected tools. Landlords, property managers, brokers, and tenants each need different views of the same data — but most software treats them all the same.
BrikSync PropOS is built role-aware from the ground up. Every person sees exactly what their role requires. Access is enforced at the database layer, not bolted on afterwards. We are in private beta, onboarding teams carefully so every setup goes well.

Security-first
Every record carries access rules enforced in the database — not just hidden in the interface. We default to least-privilege and verify access on every request, every time.
Honest beta posture
We are in private beta, invitation-only. We label what's live and what's coming soon. No garbled claims, no fabricated numbers. You get the real product, framed honestly.
Performance as a feature
Property data is time-sensitive. Dashboards over one second are a P0 bug. We cache aggressively, stream with server components, and audit every query for N+1s.
